Riverview Ranch Apartments is great if you like little kids running around throwing little rocks at you, or want to get rid of your car (or at least the radio) because it might get stolen.
Also check out the Megan's Law website to find out who lives nextdoor.
Forget about getting your deposit back. They have VERY stringent requirements including cleaning the light fixtures, shampoo carpet, clean mini-blinds, etc., etc., etc. It's not a huge deposit ($300) so just plan on not getting it back.
