There is insufficient parking. So, people park on the street and have their cars burglarized. What has the management done'

The apartments are quiet for the most part. When you have a problem you can call security and they do respond.

The grounds are kept in good order; except the pool and hot tub. They are absolutely disgusting.

The outdoor lighting is absolutely insufficient.

The dishwasher and washer/dryer are antiques.

The maintenance crew has never disappointed.

Here's a mixed bag. Once member of management has always been very nice, but the rest are extremely rude and treat you as if you are a nuisance.

Go on line and check out (http://www.kcra.com/crimetracker/index.html) in the first three months of this year alone, within 400 meters of 2763 River Plaza Drive there have been 11 burglaries, 8 stolen cars, 2 aggrivated assaults, etc... That's just the first 3 months, and I know for a fact that within the past month there have been a bunch more crimes at the Riverview Ranch Apartments. The management should do something to reduce crime, but they don't.
