I've lived in these apartments for some time. Positive reviews from people who have just moved into them is misleading. Recently, a neighbor of mine had their car towed because they parked their car in a handicap space. Against the law right' Evil right' Well, truth be told if the parking that is supposed to be permit parking was truly monitored and enforced there might be sufficient parking for tenants. For example Dave's Taxi uses their covered parking spot for their personal car and then parks three taxis on the property....hello' Not to mention that the uncovered parking spaces next to this handicap space are barely wide enough to be considered compact parking. Oh yeah, and did I mention that the space my neighbor parked in was open but encroached upon by the car in the next space which is what forced my neighbor to encroach into the handicap space. The good thing is that the security is top notch. Lamentably in it's effort to deal with such heinous crimes as this it can't do much for those who have their cars or apartments broken into, but oh well that's apartment living for you.

As far as office staff...these apartments have a true gem in their office manager. The only redeeming quality of these apartments at all. And I am most definitely not talking about the regional manager, but rather the apartment manager.
