The grounds are kept up rather well, but it all goes downhill from there. The walls are thin enough to hear the neighbors. People are always hanging around at all hours. Theft is bad, my motorcyle was stolen because they wouldn't allow me to lock it up. I know of at least two other thefts within a few months of mine. The security gate is never closed! Personally I'm out as soon as my lease is over. I recommend spending a little more and getting a lot more safety and security.
