I wish to know where the 9/22/08 person got that information. This is the only apartment complex which has all kinds of problems. They love to make sure they get their money but holdoff on fixing things when they need to be fixed, even heating system in the wintertime as well as dish washers, sinks, sliding glass doors. They just don't like to have to fix things. Someone I know has moved due to the heating system was delayed and had to stay somewhere else till they finally fixed it. The management there is not the same manegement as it was several years ago and the people whom lived there in the past regret to have recommended this complex due to it now being a completely different complex which starts with management and maintanence crews who will do their jobs, these current ones do not. My advise to you, Make sure they show you what would be your apartment and not the model, the model is kept looking gorgeous and is the only one on the complex in cleanliness but the one you wind up with is ready to have all kinds of fixtures done to it which they hold back on doing once you're there, make the fixtures be done first and run all machines in apartment before making the mistake of moving in. My advise to you KEEP LOOKING AT OTHER COMPLEXES, any other one is better than this one. Just don't say I didn't list this warning for you if you decide to try it out.
