I agree very much with whomever wrote the notice on October of 2007. This is a place that likes to show their never used for residence apartment as example, but believe me, other apartments are patched all over in a way to where you can see all patchings that have taken place plus there's alot of dents they don't care to fill in and hide. Management there does not like to have to fix things and if they ever do fix things, it's after complaining to them weeks later. One other thing most people are unaware of is you wind up having to pay for certain complex expenses which
every other place I've lived it, the company has paid out of their money, not all renters. The avarage monthly expense nowadays is about $70 dollars which they say is used to pay for garbage and several other things, besides the Smud expense to your apartment. Kids and young men are always able to climb the fence once it darkens a little and check to see which cars are worth possibly breaking into which means the security is unreliable, I think I've seen a security car drive into the complex 3 times in the 19 months I've been there and plan on moving as soon as my 5 remaining years end. Anywhere else nearly is better, even the Garden appartments located next to this complex.
