I have lived at this complex for over half a year. It only took me two months to realize this is not a good place to live. The people there do not like your calling to place a request for something to be fixed, they just want your money and for you to accept things the way they are. BELIEVE ME, if you do not wish to be able to sleep, this is the place to move into. All day and night you hear the water from showers, the flushing of toilets, the talking or Tv programs being watched late and
to top it off, at the end of the flushing of the toilets, you get to put up with a very loud noise the complex drainage or maybe sewer system makes to where if you were to have been asleep, you no longer will after the flushing. These apartments were constructed very cheap to where everything you say can be heard through the walls. At night or sundown, people jump the fencing to review the vehicles and see which vehicle may be worthwhile breaking into or stealing. The complex is supposed to have a security company come by, in the 9 months of my living there I've seen those cars about 4 times, WOW. Plus cdo not expect to get any deposit back once you move out, my Fiancee received back $26 dollars and two of her friends said it was left cleaner than when she moved in. You have the choice of taking my advise of looking somewhere else or try it and have someone kick you in the you know what for your not having listened.
