Discrimination

I agree 100+ with the previous review. I was one of the unlucky ones who wasnt a russian imigrant. I noticed that since the last review, the population is about 60% and of the new tenents, about 1/2 are the managers freinds and family. Someone needs to make a serious complaint about this... it is illegal to discriminate, especially on section 8. I will be sending a copy of these to the state office for review.
