Rush River Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

I lived at Rush River for a year, and I was very dissapointed with the rediculous rules that were in place. ie. you can't have plants on the ledge of your patio, you can't have any color but white drapes in the windows, you cant do your laundry after 10pm... the list of silliness just goes on..
besides that, there are many tenants that own 2 or more dogs.
Additionally, there were several car break-ins during the year that i lived there in the middle of the night. I know of at least 3 people whose radios were stollen.
If you get home too late, there is no parking. spots are not assigned.
They are also remodeling the outside of the apts., which makes for a very noisy wake up call, as does the gardeners who start at 7:30 every friday morning and seem to do nothing but blow leaves onto your doormat.
The manager acts very nice and caring, but talks about people behind their backs.
If you choose to move here anyway, it does have a nice shopping centre across the street that has BelAir, Tuesday Morning, Longs, Subway, Curves, Blockbluster, Papa Murphys Pizza, Mountain Mikes Pizza, and a really GREAT coffee place called Buckthorns.
There are also 3 very nice parks that are within a 10 min. walk.
