What I like about living here is the people. For the most part, the people here are quiet, friendly and considerate. Folks are decent, and there is no "criminal" element; when you need help the neighbors pitch in, yet everyone here pretty much minds their own business. The rent is reasonable. Although the building is older, this property is well maintained, including the pool area. The gas, water, trash and sewer are included in the rent. All downstairs apartments have nice patios. Small pets are welcome. The location is on a bus route, has moderate traffic and has easy access to the freeway (50). Personally, I like the manager very much. She is understanding, kind and good with people. Living here is like living in a small community. I would encourage anyone who likes good, quiet neighbors to check this small but nice little apartment building out.
