Lived here from February 1998 to May 2002. Lived in #122 in the back of the complex more closer to Jessie Ave. Apartment was spacious for 1 person. I had the 635 square foot apartment. Lived upstairs. had full size washer and dryer. Washer in the kitchen and the dryer was in the bathroom. Walls very thin especially where the bathroom and the next apartment meet. I can literally hear entire conversations and uh, sex. Since it was the bathroom, I didn't complain that much. Complaints to management taken care of immediately. Bass from outside the complex can be heard. Parking spaces extremely narrow even for a compact car. Had to make a special request for an end space. Maintenance requests handled quickly and efficently. Grounds well kept. I would have stayed longer, but I had an opportunity I couldn't pass up.
