The prices are not bad here but don't get suckered in. This place is ghetto. I don't understand how people can be so inconsiderate and blast the stereos in their cars while driving around the complex at 5am. The management is friendly but that doesn't make up for the thin walls, unkept grounds with sticky leaves everywhere that make their way from your shoes to your carpet, lack of closet space and the supposedly full sized washers that can barely clean 3 pairs of jeans at a time. The decor is old fashioned and water pressure in the shower is very weak. Luckily I've just moved out.
