Don't Move In - My Place Was Broken Into at Christmas!&%(#

Well, it started off good. 6 months into my lease my place was broken into while at work. This was during xmas. My sons gifts were stollen from under the tree and the intruders even gazed thru my dirty clothes. SICK HUH' Well, they left my place open for 5 days during the cold rain and i had to stay at friends house while they got glass fitted for my place. WAS TERRIBLE! The places are nice though, clean and pest free unlike other apartments in Sac. IF YOU MOVE HERE ****GET RENTERS INSURANCE**** I didnt have it so i sucked my thumb for a bit. I eventually moved. I lost my laptop, my sons gifts, my dvd player and a bunch of other stuff. SAC PD never showed up.
