I moved to this complex from over eight hundred miles away straight out of my parents house. I wasn't expecting the ritz, but for seven hundred dollars a month and double deposit (because a morgage isn't good enough proof that you pay your stuff).. I was expecting respect. My first few months were ok. By ok I mean the little kids around the corner were doing ding dong ditch during the day and playing with my pumpkin for halloween. The management did not seem too concerned and said "yes those kids are terrors". SO DO SOMETHING MAYBE'''
It started getting worse. The kids were smacking the window while my cat was in it, hitting her through the screen a few times. The management stopped having receipts for my rent (i made sure i kept EVERYTHING), they kept saying they were "still looking at bids for a treadmill" (I've been here eight months.. still nothing), and the pool has been closed for the past three to four months. I'm pretty sure it'll be like the treadmill.
The management has passed out three papers saying they are going to start warning people and then evicting if they keep going out the entrance gate.. I'm still almost getting hit every time I come home. There are cars here with tow notices for no registration that have been marked to tow for months.
Pretty much these people are as lazy as it gets. Anything I say gets looked down on. For a first place to live, this is NOT it. And after you live somewhere else this place won't be good enough. I'm out of here the day my lease is up. I'm embarrassed to have people over to this place, and being young that's not ok. Goodbye and good riddance.
