I have lived in Shore Park Apts for five years. The five years I lived here I have had a leaky roof. Once they come to fix the leak, there is water stains and paint peeling. They don't come back to fix that unless I say something to them about it, then I have to go into the office and complain a couple more times. They tell me to keep reminding them. I bet if I didn't pay that high rent one month they wouldn't need a reminder to put an eviction notice on my door. Other then that I like living there, I just don't like the ideal that they think I want to live in a place with paint peeling and water stains on the walls. Overall it's a nice place to live. I just have that one problem.
