Hi,
If you want:
1) the illusion of security with front gates but with the back left open,
2) employees who face away from the entry so they don't see who comes in,
3) no attempt to control who comes in and out of the gates, especially in the summer,
4) to go out into the rain to do your laundry,
5) to experience management that goes on the property only to entice new renters,
6) kiddies all over the place running amok,
7) shoddy repairs; virtually all the exterior closets and washrooms have doors that are warping and splitting due to using interior doors in an external application,
8) people wandering around all the time going to the levee to raise hell,
then by all means, sign up for Shore Park.
Good Luck!
