I just moved in a couple of months ago. I love it so far. occasionally some roudy folks at night but nothing too bad. THe only complaint I have is the "cleanup" prior to my move in was pretty lame. THe outlet covers don't cover the tears on the walls...the doors have unrepared holes from towel bars or something. The paint job was rushed. The patio floors are flaking from paint and have poorly patched tar strips but otherwise it is beautiful and "seems" safe so far.
