Thank goodness I signed a 6-month lease. I can't wait to get out of here. The main culprit is thin walls. I mean, if you can hear your downstairs neighbor cough, that's pretty bad. I hear conversations verbatim. I can't even relax in the tub because I'm interrupted by overhearing an ENTIRE conversation beneath me (honestly, she was telling him off for going out to the club - and they weren't even having a screaming match --- I mean you can hear NORMAL conversation). The kids scream at one another - that's even worse. Then the little one wants to wake up in the middle of the night and cry - at 1 a.m. - on a workday. Their surround sound vibrates my floor (I'm on the TOP unit!!!), and when He opens and shuts his closet it's as if someone is opening and shutting the closet in MY bedroom. There have been MANY, MANY nights of countless sleep. Management, although appearing sympathetic, just tells me to inform Pocket Security.

THE GATE IS A JOKE!!!! People sit outside and wait for you to open the gate so they can enter (daily!!) - they do this right outside the rental office. Three months ago a tenant got upset with his mother and was walking around with a gun (March, April 2006). At least 12 police officers swarmed the place (That's the only incident but isn't that enough')

Even while I type this the downstair's neighbor is blasting his t.v./stereo. I have a 2 bedroom and for the ENTIRE 6 months I haven't even utilized the master bedroom because of the noise; I sleep in the smaller bedroom!!!

Bird poop covers your balcony. The laundry is in the utility closet on the patio, so when it rains you're wet, and it's difficult not to track the dirt in.

The LAYOUT is BEAUTIFUL, the apartment SPACIOUS!!!! Maintenance is EXCELLENT at responding (I've only had to call them twice!!). Assigned Parking no problem. Still - a Pity, so MUCH POTENTIAL, but Shore Park, you've missed the mark!!

I can't put enough EMPHASIS on how thin these walls are. I'm not BITTER at anyone - management or neighbors. This place looks clean, safe and upper scale. IT IS NOT....PLEASE, don't move here!!!
