I've lived here for about 8 months and have really had no issues at all. The office and maintenance staff have been completely appropriate and nice. They quickly replaced (yes, replaced) my refrigerator shortly after I moved in (granted, it was about 20 years old!) because it was clunky and loud.

The area is generally quiet, but then I have quiet neighbors. I think that would make a difference if it were not so. Having a one bedroom probably helps! I do get some fumes in my apartment when my neighbor uses their fireplace.

The gate isn't really secure, but I feel safe nonetheless. There have been a lot of 'updates' around the complex lately, which makes me wonder if rent will be going up.

Basically, though, I'm not paying luxury prices, so I didn't expect a luxury place. I'm living in a run-of-the mill place where I feel safe and sleep well at night.
