On the surface it looks good. Look closer. The Mail Center on the left side of the complex. I was hit by a car a long time ago. It is tilting to the side and looks like it could fall over. There is no place for outgoing mail. You will need to take you mail into work to be sure it goes out. When I asked management about it they acted as if it should not be an issue. I love the location and considered upgrading my apartment I was offered a tour of one and was told the larger unit looked like the current one with one more bedroom because she was too lazy to walk me over the the second unit. They are renovating. Renters pay the same if they are in a old unit or a new unit. Why should we pay for their rennovations' If you priorty is location. This may be your place. I love running the river. The rent is too high you are better off paying a mortgage on a condo.
