I have lived at Shore Park for a few years and it's definitely not worth the rent. I pay over a $1000 per month for a two bed and 1.5 bath place that is actually scary. It is not maintained well, garbage is always blowing around in the parking lot, there are abandoned cars in the parking lot for months and on weekends a rough element come swim at the pools all day. They yell and scream and play music without any regard for those who live here. The managment doesnt seem to care. I actually have what appear to be pry marks on my front door from an apparent break in. The place is more run down now than ever.

As I type this, I just heard someone in the parking lot.
