Shorepark seems ideal... until you live here. The repair staff are fine - friendly and timely. The Management is the worst I've ever, ever seen. To me and at least one other person they pretended we asked for 8 month leases when we asked for 6 but they don't provide you copies of anything! Luckily, I caught the incorrect date on my lease and was able to prove that's not the lease we agreed to (had a copy with the correct date) but had I not stopped in the office that day I'd never have known until it was too late! A week after I caught them in what, frankly, seems like underhanded and shady dealings I suddenly receive an eviction warming! It tells me that I failed to respond to a "properly served" 3 day pay or quit. Well, I'm homebound for all intents and purposes with a physical disability and was never "served." This notice was signed by the woman I'd handed my rent check to the previous week... and the kicker' They'd cashed that check the same day. WELL DONE management company. Thanks for the emotional distress at 9pm at night when I can't do a thing about it!

IT MAY BE WISE TO TRY READING THE DOCUMENTS BEFORE YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT.

oh my god! they did the same thing to me with my lease and got the days all wrong too! thank god i caught it while i was signing the lease. These people here are irresponsible, you would think that something so important as the DATES of LIVING here are a priority on documents... careless management!
