I am very furious about how mgmt acts. I have been having problems with my dryer since April 07. I have called them at least 6 times to fix/replace it. Each time they put a temporary solution, my dryer will work for a few months then it doesn't work again. They promised to replace it but never have.I move out soon and I can't wait. The bathroom has mold. I am on the bottom floor and I have leaks when it rains. I am a single mother of a tolder and I can not live in this conditions any longer. How in the heck am I supposed to have clean clothes for my son and I if our dryer does not work. I've had to wash clothes multiple times due to my clothes soiling. It's obvious why they have a high turn over rate with tenants. People are moving out all of the time. I agreed with the other poor ratings the staff lies and procrastinates. They may be friendly in the beginning but it won't last long. I have had enough, I can't take it anymore. I moving next week.

We just began having problems with our wash machine, which along with the dryer, were brand new when we first moved in a few months ago. The wash machine now leaks. I'm afraid to contact management, knowing nothing will be done about it.
