apartments very old lots of problems with new management...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I've lived here 2 years and there is mold, balcony is falling apart, rust is everywhere, security cameras and sauna had never work there is people doing drugs at night in the parking lot with loud music and when it rains it leaks in 2 of my 3 bedrooms, new management is really bad, they don't care about helping their costumers, increasing security or fixing old apartments. It was a very good neighborhood but lately there has been many problems and police appears all the time. Management is lazy and needs to be changed. I do not recomend it !!
