Normally, I am not a person who likes to participate public opinion survey sort of things. However, when a friend of mine showed me recently how low the rating is for my apartment complex, suddenly, I feel that I am responsible for sharing my experience with those who may be seeking apartments. I have been living in Shore Park for almost a year. I didn't choose the apartment, it was assigned to me by my company and I am so grateful that they did. Shore Park is located in Green Haven area in West Sacramento off I5 on EXIT 512. The two story condo style apartment buildings are camouflaged by lush landscaping throughout the premise. I live in a large two bedroom apartment with my dog. It is spacious, bright and cozy. The amenities include a separate, fully equipped laundry room and a good sized master bedroom with bathroom attached. The drop ceiling in the living room makes one feel in control within the space and the light beaming through the ceiling windows reflected by the white walls makes the space alive with spirit. Yes, I love my apartment. The office ladies and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. I know many people are moving out of their homes and seeking apartments because of the current mortgage crisis. I just hope that my humble review of my apartment will actually help you paint your future with a little optimism and at the same time, and give back Shore Park the merit it deserves.

Another post by the apartment management. Anyone who doubts the many posts about the actual condition of the complex need only to drive into the place. It's by far the worth apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Hi teddybearzhang, I as well live in Shorepark. I have a 3 bedroom, upstairs unit. Myself and my children enjoy living here. I had some maintance issues, but they have all been resolved. There is no place perfect, and I can say that because I own a home, and I had issues with my "brand new home" (that I am now renting out)..To me a home is what you make it. And I have been living here for a year now myself. Take care (and No I am not management) I stay in the 7990 building

Teddybearzhang, I too live at Shorepark. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and lived here for four years. If you have any questions or problems the staff are available to assist you. I love to hear the sound of the water from the river at night, the chirping of the birds if they visit the area and the peace and quiet is PRICELESS. Most of my family and friends enjoy visiting they called Shorepark Apartments "My spa within Greenhaven minus the masuese"
