We enjoyed it

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
My husband and I lived at Shorepark for the first year we lived in Sacramento and overall we enjoyed our experience. We only moved because we moved into a house. I was not fond of the ladies who worked at the front, they weren't very friendly, and I had an issue with one particular lady who instead of confronting me on an issue she went and reported me. My mom had made a surprise visit with her dog (who is over 25lbs) one of the office ladies watched us walk to my apartment and within 20 minutes of me being home I received a phone call telling me that we were not allowed a dog. I totally understand that it was against the rules, but I just felt since she watched us walk up she could have said something at that moment. There are two sides to these apartments, I had talked to one of the neighbors who moved from one side to our side, they said the other side was very loud and they didn't like living over there. Our side was very quiet, peaceful, fairly clean, and overall very nice. I do not believe we were there long enough to deal with the mold, I do remember seeing some mold, but it was never an issue for us. The bedrooms are very large, the living space is a little smaller than we had like. Other than spiders we never had any issues with bugs, even living so close to the river. Overall, it was a nice first place to live when we moved here, we hardly heard our neighbors, and I liked having our own washer & drier.
