Management is asleep at the wheel

Unless you like the ambiance of a frat house and feel like playing parent to a lot of young people enjoying the freedom of their first apartment, I would avoid this place at all cost. Although the grounds are nice, I have lived here two years, and have found the walls and floors are very thin. If you call management to complain about noise, they will send the security guards, who might show up and might ask the offenders to turn down the music. That will work for about half an hour until they turn it up again. They get away with it because they can; The management never seems to follow up with warnings to the offenders. I believe it's because management is trying to keep the apartments rented. But in reality, management is driving the good renters away by not enforcing the noise policies. Increasingly, people with loud radios and big stereos are moving in. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who needs to go to bed before 1:00 a.m. and get up for work

I think we must live in the same area as the loud music was nuts last night. I heard two cars speeding through the complex last night and was just waiting for gunshots. I totally agree with your assessment. The good renters are bailing.
