and I hate the place! My BF and I were going to move into these apartments and paid 35 dollars each for the credit check and it was all a waste! The management are clueless to what they are suppose to be doing and need some serious training. They don't know how to call people back when they are asked to and lie to your face. First of all, they lost my application when I filled it out IN FRONT OF THEM! Idiots. Every time I called to get an update on the status of my apartment I talked to a different person whom I had to explain what was going on to over and over again. Then, after I was hold hold for 20 or so minutes they told me that I would get a call back from someone else. I would never receive a call back. I called everyday, sometimes twice a day, for the week it took them to figure out what they were doing and never talked to the same person twice or got a call back when I was told I would. I was told that we would be moved in by July 1st so we told the place we were living at that we would be moving on that day. July 1st passed and then we were told the 8th. July 8th passes and I we just said forget it. I don't understand why it takes so long if the apartment is supposedly ready and the applicants are approved for move in. Do not waste your time or money. Trust me. It's not worth it. I want 850 for a one bedroom that's 700 square feet. We now pay 745 for a one bedroom with 800 sf!!

I live at Shorepark and I am having the same problem with the office. I think you were wise not to move in, and I'm sorry it was such a frustrating experience for you.
The office staff members do not communicate with each other, and they never return phone calls. My suggestions to the management 1) Hold a staff meeting once a week and use group email to tell your office staff what is going on; 2) Enforce a policy where employees must return phone calls the same day. This isn't rocket science.

We had some of the same problems which is why we moved out. When we moved in, we planned on staying there until we were ready to buy a house. By the time our lease was up, we were out of there, due mostly to the management.

The person I dealt with in the front office told me a 3 bedroom apartment would be ready on a certain day, and I loaded up the car ready to move in on that very day. When I came to the office, the staff told me (a different person than I had been working with) that particular apartment wasn't available. I was in shock. My car was sitting outside filled to the brim with moving items, and here they didn't have the apartment ready for me on the day they told me it would be ready?

I am currently having the same issues with the people in this office. No communication between them is causing serious problems for me. I wish I knew about this website before I decided to move in here. It's ridiculous!
