This was the best apartment community that I ever lived in and I imagine the people that have problems with living at Shore Park have issues everywhere they go. I never had anyone park in my assigned spot nor did I ever file one complaint with management. In fact, in the 2 1/2 years I lived here, I think I only entered the office twice. The washer broke, I called, they let me use another washer in a vacant apartment until mine was replaced. Got a new one in a few days. I informed them of a loose step in the staircase leading up to my apartment. This was fixed within the week. I found the proximity to the river charming and noise was virtually nonexistent.

The intercom at the gate had problems. No big deal. Take a walk people! Tell your friend to wait and you'll come out and open the gate for them. I personally have never lived at a place where the gate worked all the time and the intercom was easy to use. No big deal for me.

Parking is not a problem. Those complaining are just lazy and don't want to walk. I use to haul groceries from my assigned space and up the stairs in 2 or 3 trips. If my wife was parked in the spot, I'd park in the back and walk.
