We lived in Shore park for 5 years and it was wonderful except the harassment from downstairs neighbor because of which we moved out. The apartments are really good, good size bedrooms, good storage and good appliances. We lived there for five years and felt always safe, never even once we had any problem with safety issues with our apartment or car or anything. Very safe and nice neighborhood. The manager is really nice person and as I understand they or at least the manager tries best to keep tenants happy. Front office people are not that great not well organized and not very well informed but manager and assistant manger are really nice and try their best to solve problem. In five years we never had any issues with management or maintenance. Most of our maintenance issues were solved almost the same day or next day. Apartments have god facility like gym, pool, sauna etc and they maintain it really nice. This place is safe especially with kids. I have walked with my very young twins alone even at odd hours and felt very safe.
