Years at this apartment: 1991 - 1992
 
Way back in 91-92 when I was living there it was bad.Full of drugs and crime.I can only imagine what it is like now.I drove by a few months ago and it looked ghetto for certain vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
