I have lived in these apartments for the last 2 years, and am currently looking to relocate. I DO NOT reccommend these apartments for anyone! The interior is falling apart: leaky roofs, rotted walls, etc. You can never get a parking spot and management is horrible. It takes forever to have a maintnece person look at any problems. for example: it took 3 days for my leaky roof to get looked at and 4 days for my sons rotted window seal to get lloked at then poorly fixed, as well as a week for my air to get fixed when it was 101 degrees in my apartment. I also witnessed a robbery and when I told the management they said there was nothing to be done so forget about it. Noise is a huge problem!!! They have security at night but all they do is talk in front of the office. And to top it all off the aprtments have "yearly" expection which are really like every 5 months, and maintance seems to never be available to fix any of my apartment problems ever but when expection days get near they are real fast to get stuff done, but they make sure evrything is done to save time and not done preoperly. I would never reccomend these apartments to anyone.

That's odd I have maintence come right away when I need something.
