Okay first of all I just read the reviews concerning these apartments, and the last comment made to another comment stating people with section 8 have no right to complain. That is a snide and very rude comment just because you are poor does not mean your children don't deserve an apporpriate enviornment to play and grow up in! There is a few pleasant well mannered people here but they are few and far between belive that! I do not let my children socialize with the children whom reside here as they are all for the most part very bee bee like and my children aren't and I prefer them to stay that way. Also my neighbor has every hyphy dread wearing black drug dealer in their house with blairing rap music all hours of the night despite the fact she knows we share a wall and I have a small infant.. no regard! The mangers whom have been here awhile are professional however the new ladies they have in and out are incompintent little girls who don't know how to do their jobs. Maintenance is not the best despite your stated experience as my roof collapsed and it took them months to take care of the problem completely, and here it is almost a year later and they have yet to finish the repair to it by painting of the huge moldy mark on my ceiling or attempt to have my $2000 bed cleaned from the water damage their roof failure caused! maybe if i complained a little more it would be good! the children i am asumming have vandalized my exspensive automobile in which I paid for with my own hard earned money, and every time i use the kaundry facilities one or more of the washer is broke and the room smells of urine due to vandalism i am sure. It is a false statement that we have 3 pools a spa or a community room, the only truth is there is a resource center for the apartment children in which the nicest little asian woman runs but due to the fact all these ghetto kids go I am to scared to let my children attend! there is 1 pool open count it one pool open for all these tenants, there is a pool that was supposed to be open last fall and long story short its is not as of to date! the police are very rude! i even had officer debbie invade my cell phone call convo while i was talking to my mother wanted whom i was talking about on parole but i am one of the quietest tenants here and trust that there has to be 200plus people here with soem kind of criminal record despite the back ground check done on you when you apply, also officer debbie is not professional not to make fun of any ones exual orientation but she has came on to me a woman several times and well that may be flattering it is no way professional. when i do gather the money together to move to a more appropriate enviorment for my children i will be gone and would not suggest these apartments to any one unless you are looking to score a bag of dope!
also to add a woman in apt# 37 i believe recently was gang raped and over dosed and the mangement is trying very hard to cover it up stating she dided at the hospital and not here, like that takes away from the fact she was gang raped in her own home and also look at the megans law website there is a registered sex offender who crime was against a small child whose address is located here

I posted earlier. My family and I escaped hell...I mean Sienna Vista a little over a year ago and couldnt be happier. Our neighbors where we live now arent much better but they pretty much leave us alone, unlike in SV. No cops here all the time either. Been in this house fora year and seen sheriffs on the street once. While at Sienna vista we had 7 different managers in 6 years. 9 or more security companies. Over bearing police and crappy neighbors. We had nothing but headaches. The only manager that tried to clean up things was fired cause he evicted too many people and refused to bring more trash into the complex thus giving him a low rental rate. THe main company values money over tenants. They tried to screw me out of my security deposit, not refunding anything within the 21 days required by law. Tho when I filed a lawsuit I had all my money quick. For new people, avoid this place like the plague that it is. For current tenants, get out. If you are on Section 8 call and complain, call fair housing, you have that right. You shouldnt have to deal with crack head non existent parents and their thug wanna be latch key kids. You dont have to put up with over bearing sheriffs. You have hte right to complain that they are on site. They rent like you do, yet arent there all the time. I guarantee, the best thing that can happen to that place and its sister complex, watercrest, is to blow it up and pave it for extra parking for the college.
