In the winter it's cold as ice and in summer it's hot as hell in these apartments; The weather is even more fair outside. Poor maintenence - They don't respond unless you bug them about it. There are things in my apartment that has never been fixed as I requested since I first moved in so I just gave up. They are given 3 pools but only open 1 for the whole apartment complex. One time a child had did his business (the number 2) in the pool and they didn't even clean it for days. They just reopened a different pool and closed that one, Gross! I live out in the front so it's pretty quiet and at night its pitch black almost. No lighting for safety or anything. It is scary to live where in the front especially when you don't even have a next door neighbor better yet the only neighbor you have lives on the other end. You can be raped killed robbed whatever and no one will find you till the next day. Yeah I just recently got robbed and Sienna Vista doesn't quite seem to give a damn. It was around 8:00 the night my apt was broken into. Almost pitch black outside as I left to the grocery store. There were two black men outside my apartment probably in there mid 20's or so. I was only gone for a good 30-40 minutes. When I got back home my door was unlocked, the bedroom window and the master bedroom sliding door was totally smashed. I have been robbed. I should've listened to my gut instincts. I had a bad feeling about those two guys. Anyways sherrifs responded quickly and I can understand why around here. I called the SV emergency line and they said someone will come out to secure it...Yeah right...it was so typical of SV. why did i bother to call these careless s.o.b's. They never came out here at all. I had to wait til the office opened and let them know again that my apt was broken into. Still they didnt send anyone right away. It took them several hours until someone came out to secure the windows...with ply wood...hahahahah! wow i feel so secure SV. And the sliding door...NOTHING....they left it the way it was. The door is a double pane and the outside pane is broken leaving it with the inside pane which is very thin and easily breakable. They said someone will come out to put some glass windows up in about 3-4 days...I'm still waiting...it's been over a week! Still no windows up yet. I think they want me to get robbed again. By the way damn those heartless monsters who broke into my apt and stole all of my boyfriends jordan shoes and my son's entertainment devices and games and my camcorder and karaoke set and much more. I know they wanted to come back for more because of the way I saw those heartless beasts before I left but I didn't think they would do such a crime I guess I was wrong. Do judge a person and Trust no ONe at least here at Sienna Vista. I am still very upset and I will never feel safe again as long as I'm here. But hey you ugly s.o.b theives, thank you for driving me out of Sienna Vista. I can't wait to move up out of the ------. As a matter of fact I don't want to live anywhere near this area. Oh I forgot to mention, there are a lot of cats here. And a few of them are not very friendly. They like to sit on your brand new white car and scratch it. A black cat charged at me one time more like tried to attack me one morning as i was going to work. It followed me and i didn't like it so I stomped my foot and it kept coming at me and chased me. I was terrified....and late to work. There is so much wrong with this complex...these are just a few of the issues I came across living here at SV. There are much more...oh here's another one: There are spiders here if you live next to a storage room. Watch OUt! You will be bitten and I'm telling you it is not a lovely bite. You will have to get hospitalized to treat it. And it hurts like a ------. Everyone in my family has been bitten more than once. They are very painful and it lasts for days even weeks. But SV will do nothing about it because they warn you when you first move in about their pet bugs & insects. Oh yeah did I mention...all the electrical outlets in my house are loose or upside down and i cant seem to fit a single cord in it darn these damn cheap peices of shiet. Oh and also the circuit is so cheap I can't even vaccum my living room without having the power thruout my house die. Hey don't ever use their laundry rooms. They're there to jip you of your money. They won't refund you a penny. You gotta call this 800 number and that company will problably send you a check for 50 cents or however much you lost. By that time it's too late you don't need the damn 50 cents anymore. I wanted to do my laundry NOW! Oh hey and another thing. One time I accidentally opened the wrong mailbox since they don't actually have your apt number on it and they're all beat up looking the same way. What i'm trying to say is that one mailbox key can open up most mailboxes. I thought you all should be aware of that. Why does my rent go up every year while some tenants lived there for years and hasn't had to pay a penny more. If you are not on section 8 watch out they will take advantage of you. Pay cheap the first year and the next year watch your rent blast off. I really encourage anyone to not move in here. You'll thank me for it. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
