The staff espacially the manager ANGIE is not at all helpful afterwards. She had a bad attitude and I am sure a gental man/woman will never wants to talk her. The managment has a cheap mentality. Buildingwise the infrastructure is very poor. Its not centrally AC/heated. The pool is in bad shape. They close laundry at 10 PM, so if you want to do laundry in weekdays you cannot. The walls are so thin that you can hear persons talking in next apartment. I dont see any positiveness about moving here. Only thing is you have a good shoping place across the street i.e Lohmans plaza. I feel the nearby apartment WARREN OAKS should be better than Sierra fair.
