Sierra Fair Apartments

You get what you pay for! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This place is cheap. I was on the bottom floor and the squeching from the floors drove me nuts. The people above me must run around up stairs. Then there was a guy who lived next to me and had his TV on for 24 hours a day. I would go to bed at 11:30pm and wake up at 5:30 am and the TV was still on and loud. My apartment was one that had old carpet that must of been from the 70's (shagy carpet). I was hardly there during the day, and never there on the weekends. So, my experience maybe is different then others. The parking was fine and the noise around the complex seemed quiet, just not in my apartment with the sqecky floors. I was only paying 595 a month and I can live in any condition, but my wife would say it is a dump and dirty.
