I lived there for almost a year and it didn't seem too bad. As you drive in it doesn't feel very welcoming but the apartments are cute inside, at least mine was. There was only one occasion where a woman was fighting with her husband in the courtyard, but they moved out. Whenever we had a problem with anything, they came to fix it right away. The only thing that never went away was the smell of cigar that came from the neighbor's apartment, but Fabreeze took care of that. Other than that, everything was fine. Comfortable enough for short term, but never for long term.
