My daughter and I lived here for 8 months and found the complex to be really nice. Yes parking is very limited but again we rented a garage so that helped. Parking on Matheson isn't very safe except for short term but what apartment complex ever has much parking available unless it isn't a very popular complex. These apartments are relatively new and have nice features including an alarm system if you care to use it. I liked the electronic gates too even if they are open during the day atleast at night from 6pm they are closed. The nieghborhood is a little sketchy....but I always felt safe in the complex. I did call security one night and they answered promptly. The grounds are well kept and I had no issues with any of my neighbors. The closets are really big including the downstairs coat closet (2 bedroom) and the washer and dryer in each unit is great. I think the layout is very functional too. I have no complaints except for not really liking the safety of the nieghborhood outside the complex. All the people I met in the complex were friendly and kept to themselves mostly. I would recommend living here if you aren't worried about the parking.
