Sierra Palmas Apartments

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! From: MANZANA Date posted: 5/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have to admit the complex looks very nice. The swimming pool is beautiful and the little fountains are charming. Its to bad that the management is horrible, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional!!! Termites are a problem here. When we told management we had a problem, they tried to tell us we were lying, and did not send someone to check out the problem until we demanded it from the corporate office. When the termite "professionals" confirmed we had a problem they offered no solution at all!!! If we moved into a different apartment in the same complex,we would have to pay a security deposit,AGAIN, and pay a higher rent. If we moved out of the complex we would have to pay to break our lease. Three months have past and NOTHING has been done to fix our termite problem. The noise is a problem too. You can hear everything from people walking into their apartment to people snoring.If you are looking for a peaceful quiet place, look eleswhere. There have also been problems with people breaking into cars and storage units so beware. Overall, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE!!!!
