The grounds are beautiful with flowering plants and water fountains, and the location to Sac. State great but it ends there. In our apartment there are popcorn ceilings filled with asbestos, poor layout...I wish we paid more attention when doing the walk through, if we did would have noticed that the dishwasher is located in a really bad spot, I can not load the dishwasher while washing the dishes...I have to rinse them, stack them, then stand back and open the dishwasher...I can not have the dishwasher open while standing at the sink...the windows are paper thin and there is a constant draft going through our apartment. WE constantly wipe the windows and yet there is a constant mold build up. Our shower door doesn't stay closed...and the parking is horrible!! We have two cars and there is one assigned to every apartment and then you are left to battle it out for the 2nd...
The management is nice but really do the bare min around here... I was very upset when I found out after our cadillac converter was stolen nobody was told in the apartments or warned... a few days later another tenant had her back window smashed out of her car. We also had our children's bike trailer stolen right in front of our front door! I don't feel safe here and it is not worth the money...
