Sierra Regency Apartments

Excellent place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/28/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've lived at Sierra Regency Apartments for a little over 2 years now and even my friends come to visit my roommate and I a lot because they love the place and the area. Yes, parking can be a bit of a problem, but only if you try to park sometime after 9:00. My suggestion is that if you're planning on having guests over, move your car to an uncovered, visitor parking spot, and allow your friends to park one car in your reserved, covered spot. Of course, if you have a lot of guests, then parking may be a bit of an issue. Other than the parking issue (due to the "no parking" rule on the street), this place is one to be liked. Maintenance problems are promptly dealt with and the managers are very responsive and very nice. I feel safe here, especially with the school right next door and the security patrol and on-site emergency contacts. Washer and Dryer in 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse is an awesome amenity!! The rent price is worth it for the location, safety, and management!
