We lived in Sierra Regency from April 08 - April 09. Sierra Regency was a nice, quiet and safe community. It is located on Sierra Blvd, which is a small side street. Traffic on the main road is light and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful. There is a school next to the complex with young children. Aside from hearing the kids outside during recess, it remains quiet. We lived in the back of the complex in a 2 BR on the second floor. Our apartment was very decent in size for the price. We looked at 14 other rentals before deciding that Sierra Regency was the best value for our money. We had a spacious living room, a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen and big closets in both bedrooms. Our apartment had vaulted ceilings in the living room which made for a very "open" feeling. Our only complaint about the apartment was that in the summer time, it was difficult to keep the living room cool due to the high ceilings. At night, you can open the windows and the breeze will cool it off within a half hour. Sylvia was our apartment manager and she was always polite and friendly with us. Maintenance was on top of things whenever asked, and the complex (although older) was kept up daily. The parking can be a little bit difficult at times, but overall was fine. The only reason that we moved was because we are moving into a new home! I would recommend this property if you are looking for a nice, basic apartment. We enjoyed our time there!
