All I have to say is that thse apartments are VERY OLD, and I know that the property management can fix them up and bring them to a good standing. I've lived there since April and all I had was problems. My car got broken into right by my kitchen window and there was nothing done about it. The gates are supposedly keps closed, but they are NOT! The gate gets stuck and sometimes I park outside the apartments to walk in home! :( My air conditener totally died at the biggest heat and my baby boy was feeling so bad we had to move out for a week. Our cercuit braker kept failing. The freaking water sprinklers aren't allighned correctly and therefore 2 a week I end up turning to go to work wet while running through them to get to my car! It is simply insane!

Overall, the apartmens are really pretty and on the outside very green and flowery:) The apartment itself has a nice size balcony:)))))) and tons of windows throught the apartment itself. Very lovely....yet the pool almost never gets cleaned and since there are so many trees, it gets back to dirty within a month....


I forgot to mention that the appliances like the dishwasher and refrigirator are VERY OLd...my dishwashed broke the first day and my refrigirator is leaking water on a daily basis.
