DAMN!!!! What is going on

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I lived at silver Creek for 3 years. This place was nice but I have since moved and damn this place is off the hook.... The manager that rented to me 3 years ago just left about 1 month ago and talk about something going down hill........ This tenants all acted like children with out a babysitter. Smoking weed and drinking out in the drive way all hours of the night and day. Kids running all about the complex Swimming till 2-3 am Damn!!!!There is not manager on-site she comes during the day and oh my god.. she may as well go back home..... She is about as much help as the children here. Can not understand half of what she says. and she sits in the office with the lights out and door locks ... Oh my god where did they find this jem at''' As far as living here hnnn don't know 6 months a go I would have said Come on in this place was nice.. But now''' NOT!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE
