I have lived at Silver Creek For going on 6 years. THis place is so unsafe now it is not funny. We have a manager by day and nothing by night. The maintenance man (what a joke) Lives on site but he is so busy at night doing his illegal ---- he could care less what is happing around him. He must have at least 8 adults and their children living in that apt up there. The noise level alone here is terrible. The illegal drug sales it astonishing. The druggies stand right out side and smoke their ---- and drink unreal. Then we have partner swapping going on !! YES YOU HEARD ME
The manager by day sits in her locked office and only comes out to take pictures of visitors. The manager does not even post notices any more the maintenance man does it . Damn.... the last manager kept this place in check and she passed out her own notices..
Do not move here the rents are being raised to 925.00 NOT WORTH IT . THe Evilizsors musta bought some drugs from silver creek and then made that dicision... Then there is the law office. Stealing 150,00 from us to make a payment arragement. I think I am in the wrong proffession... Hey Kari can I get a job with you..
