Well It's a great place to live if you are poor but it has got the worst owner/management problems of any place I have ever lived. It is supposedly non-smoking... but everyone does, even the managers. It is supposedly no pets but about half the residents have pets including some big dogs. Those rules seem to be in place mearly to get rid of tennants that the managers dont like (seen this happen to a couple nice people here since the new management came on). Other than that the managers are very unapproachable and a pain to deal with in all aspects. Overall if you can't afford much and don't mind being watched/criticized every other day than this is the place to come, otherwise, spend a little bit more and live in peace.

Wow, there is so much BS in this response I don't know where to start... No one left in the past six months?!? No Dogs?!? LOL don't forget to tell them about the magic carpet service and the free maids!
