I have enjoyed living in Southwood Townhomes. Nick is a great manager who's professional, courteous, and takes care of issues promptly. I can also say when a repair is made, it's not a "patch-up" job but is thoroughly repaired or replaced. He promptly returns phone calls which I truly appreciate as a tenant. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to rent. I'm sad to go but I'll be getting married and am moving into a home. Thanks Southwood for being such a great place to live in South Sacramento!
