I looked at this place recently and felt like the management was really honest; she openly offered a special for the month of June and to lower prices on the application fees.

The complex itself looks pretty decent and with lots of nice shade. The surrounding neighborhood, however, looks pretty shady. Most of the external fences are wood, and look sort of shabby... doesn't appear to be all that secure.

Laundry room was tidy, pool looked clean, and units weren't bad either.

The pet deposit is $500 per cat/dog/whatever; the first 500 has to be paid upfront, but any additional can be made in payments... still, it's more than I'm willing to pay.
