After reading some of the comments posted I almost didn't rent here. Now I am truely happy I did! This building is beautiful! My one bed room has a huge living room with high ceilings awesome kitchen! I have a real patio one I can put a table and chairs on and enjoy the views of the city. Everything is new and clean. My last apartment was old and had a window unit for ac ugh! My apartment is cozy and quiet yes this is a city apartment and sure cars and people drive by and make some noise. I love Midtown. I feel safer here than I did in Roseville. I'm thrilled to live in a new building that's warm, cozy close to Starbucks and Waterboy I can walk to everything!
