This apt complex has had 4 management turnovers since I moved in over 18 mos ago. This last turnover has been the worst--rude & cold female manager who seems to dislike her job & the residents she deals with. This complex although relatively new, is poor value for the money (rent raised 3x, has poor insulation (can hear neighbor above walk, do laundry, bathroom), and the common areas are usually quite dirty. At least under the prior managers, this place felt like a home friendliness wise, but no more--and it's evident by the revolving door move-outs I see every month---there are much cheaper and nicer places to live outside midtown.
